Minimum 24 hours notice required and needs to be booked in advance. It is an additional charge of £10 per hour until 14:00 - Please note unauthorized late checkouts will incur additional fees. - Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit -At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ivory Lodge of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
